Anonymously and securely

Each of us sometimes finds ourselves in a difficult situation. To solve it, we look for resources within ourselves, in the family, among friends. We also have the opportunity to turn to experts and solve our situation with them. Children do not have as much experience as adults, which is why they are more vulnerable to the effects of the unmanaged crisis, which is more far-reaching. Crisis assistance is provided anonymously and free of charge, so that everyone can use it. The service is available every weekday during working hours without ordering and covers the territory of the city of Prague and the Prague-East region.
