Fear Has Big Eyes - DVD

Iva Janžurová and Rudolf Hrušínský star in a legendary cheerful fairytale about an enchanted forest and spells that can be overcome by love and common sense.

Have you ever eaten crayfish or turtle soup? The three young lads who set off into the enchanted forest to free the captive girl Lesněnka are served it by the old woman Magi (Iva Janžurová), who lives in the forest in an abandoned inn with the robber Bujón (Rudolf Hrušínský).

This title is presented in a lower 'television' quality, which was the standard when it was filmed in 1980 – unfortunately, a higher-quality recording is not available.
Despite this, we decided to release the fairytale on DVD because it is one of the gems of television entertainment.
