Forrest Gump - Blu-ray

Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.

We experience three exciting decades with Forrest – from physical disability to a stellar career as an American football player, from a Vietnam hero to a shrimp tycoon. He walks from an audience at the White House into the arms of the love of his life. He takes with him several lessons from his caring mother and a tried-and-tested rule that comes in handy many times in various situations: "When you get into trouble, run."

Forrest Gump is the embodiment of an era and of innocence in a country that is losing its own. His heart senses what his limited IQ cannot. The needle of his moral compass never wavers. What he achieves is an inspiration to us all. Forrest Gump is the story of one life.

Tom Hanks gives a stunning performance as Forrest Gump in this film from director Robert Zemeckis.
