The Four Agreements are the essence of the wisdom of the Toltecs, known throughout southern Mexico as women and men of knowledge. By following them, you can unexpectedly accelerate your progress on your path to knowledge. First deal: Don't sin with words. Speak as a personality. Just say what you think. Avoid using the word against yourself or to slander others. Use the power of the word in the name of truth and love. Second agreement: Don't take anything personally. Nobody does anything for you. What others say and do is a manifestation of their own situation and dreams. If you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you will not become a victim of unnecessary suffering. Third agreement: Don't make any assumptions. Find the courage to ask questions and express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. Only with this one agreement can you completely change your life. Fourth agreement: Do everything to the best of your ability. Your activity changes from moment to moment; will look different when you're sick than when you're healthy. But do the best you can at all times and you will avoid unnecessary judgments and regrets. The book version of this audiobook is available for purchase at www.KNIHCENTRUM.cz
