FoxO: Adam - CD

The debut album ADAM from the six-piece band FoxO features a total of eleven tracks. The band itself defines their sound as a mix of contemporary folk and electronica. "The order and selection of the songs were deliberately chosen to keep the listener's attention throughout. To entertain, soothe, and move them. To make them want to listen to it all over again after the final gong," says bandleader Martin Čermák, describing his feelings about the record. The tracks were produced by Martin Přikryl (The Prostitutes, Apollinaire, Wild Tides, and others), with the final mastering taking place at London's Metropolis Studios by Andy "Hippy" Baldwin, who has previously worked on recordings for bands like Oasis, Blur, and Faith No More. "This, in my opinion, is what a contender for an Anděl award nomination in the Alternative category should sound like." Dany Stejskal, Headliner magazine
