Free: Free (Re-edition of 2017) - LP

Free was a British rock band, founded in London in 1968 and best known for their popular song “All Right Now“.

Solo singer Paul Rodgers left with drummer Simon Kirk for the rock band Bad Company. Solo guitarist Paul Kossoff, an acclaimed blues-rock guitarist, died in 1976 at the age of 25 of drug-induced heart failure.

The band was famous for their sensational live performances and never-ending tour. Their first studio albums did not sell very well until Fire and Water released the huge hit “All Right Now“ and this album earned them the status of one of the biggest rock bands of the 60' s and 70' s. This song ensured their participation in the giant Isle of Wight Festival 1970, where they played for 600,000 people.
