Gilmour David: On An Island (2006) - CD

One of the most anticipated albums of the year will be released on March 6, 2006. This is David Gilmour' s third solo album since The Division Bell was released in 1994. The singer and guitarist of the famous Pink Floyd has collaborated with a number of exceptional personalities on the novelty.

Above all - the record was co-produced by Phil Manzanera from Roxy Music, sung by Crosby and Nash and played by Richard Wright, Gilmour' s colleague from Pink Floyd.

“Working with so many friends has had a positive effect on the recording in many ways,“ says the musician. At the same time as the release of the album, DAVID GILMOUR goes on tour, starting in Europe in March, visiting America in April and returning to England at the end of May.
