Golden girl

When Vivian Howe, author of thirteen novels and mother of three grown children, is hit by a car while jogging near her home and the perpetrator drives away from the accident, Vivi ascends to the Otherworld. Because her death was sudden and unjust, is allowed to watch, what's going on downstairs with her kids, with my best friend, with her ex-husband and a rival novelist, whose book comes out the same day as Viv's.
Vivi also gets the opportunity to intervene three times in earthly events and influence the course of events in the world of the living. She uncovers the secrets of her own children, follows the investigation into her own death, and at the same time fears that the secrets of her youth may come to light; has to consider what he wants to change and what should stay as it is.
A combination of Elin Hilderbrand's beach stories, I'll be right back, that make your saliva runny, and pictures of perfect homes with honest confessions, that people, that we're losing, never really leave us, ranks the book The Golden Girl by this "queen of summer novels" first among all beach novels published so far.
