Gorillaz: Demon Days (2x LP) - LP
The recording is now available on 2LP.
Behind the animated quartet Gorillaz are singer Damon Albarn and comic book illustrator Jamie Hewlett. The group was created in 1998, and its members are the cartoon characters 2D (vocals and keyboards), Murdoc (bass guitar), Noodle (guitar, keyboards) and Russel (drums and percussion). Each character has their own virtual history; the two creators built a complete world for the band. Their eponymous debut from 2001 sold over 7 million copies and the album was nominated for the prestigious Mercury Prize. Gorillaz later won a Grammy and other awards.
