GRAY256: Slava worst drug - CD

For his second album, Sláva nejhorší droga (Fame is the Worst Drug), Grey256 invited several guests. He is joined on the record by Dorian and Psycho Rhyme, with whom he has collaborated in the past, and Neno and Koukr from the Black Sheep Cartel collective.

His star truly began to shine at the end of 2019 when, still performing as Grey, he released the single LaLaLa. The track has over 4.5 million plays on Spotify alone and continues to feature in the most-streamed charts to this day. The unknown young man became a celebrity in the rap community virtually overnight, and you would be hard-pressed to find another artist in the country whose career experienced such a steep rise in early 2020. His debut, Mladej Hladovej, immediately became one of the best-selling albums in the Czech Republic upon its release in March, competing with records by Viktor Sheen, Kontrafakt, and Nik Tendo. Grey's success was even noticed across the ocean. The American pop duo Grey, who contributed to Zedd's hit Middle and the song Starving by singer Hailee Steinfeld, objected to him using the same pseudonym and threatened a lawsuit. Since a legal dispute with Grammy-nominated musicians was not in the rapper's interest, Grey256 was born.

Year of release: 2021
