Here You Have It: Ryba Květovoň - CD

“You are grayling, the fish is a flower! / Ring your fins on the bottom / and silent lies that you don' t love / my tiny hooks, thin lines! “Lapání graana, the opening song of the new album by the music association Tady To Máš around pianist and composer Tomáš Kytnar, foreshadows the mood of the entire album Ryba květovoň.

Albums that are difficult to grasp in terms of genre, but all the more poetic and varied. The novelty Ryba Květovoň is exceptional in the discography of the group precisely because Tomáš Kytnar found a related Czech lyricist. Most of the album - with the exception of the Beer Meditation bonus from television director Vojtěch Fatka - consists of set to music Czech verses by the Polish-Czech poet and publicist Bogdan Trojak, winner of the Jiří Orten Award and the Magnesia Litera Award. Trojak' s lyrics were also sung by Lenka Dusilová, Ondřej Ruml and Tomáš Kočko in the past. There is also a change in the staffing of the group itself. Here To Máš has always been a looser group of Kytnar' s friends, largely connected to the Brno club Stará Pekárna (of which Kytnar is the playwright).

While Slovak musicians such as Juraj Turtev and Miloš Železňák played a significant role in previous albums, the Czech element predominates in the novelty. The rhythmics are in charge of the proven Brno couple Mojmír “Bob“ Sabolovič and Lukáš Kytnar (Tomáš' s son), known from the increasingly successful blues band Band of Heysek.

Among other instrumentalists we can find, for example, Karel Markytán (AG Flek) on accordion, Jan Kyncl on saxophones and flute, Aliaksandra Yasinského on accordion, Petra Zavadila (Mucha, You Hissers) on guitar, Broňka Šmida for saxophones or Pavel Plch (Tomáš Kočko & Orchestra) on percussion. The solo singing parts were performed by the proven duo Tomáš Frgala and Jana Fujaková. The album was created from November 2019 to June 2020 in collaboration with sound master Broněk Šmid. The cover is decorated with paintings by Vít Ondráček.
