History in a Nutshell for Secondary Schools I—New

A popular series of textbooks in a brand new edition! This publication provides an overview of secondary school history “in a nutshell”, meaning it is concise, clear and illustrative. It is intended for students, but not exclusively. It contains an explanation of general and Czech history from the prehistoric, ancient, medieval and modern periods. It is designed to serve as a reminder of the curriculum and as a revision tool in preparation for the maturita exam. In preparing the textbook, the author drew on his many years of experience teaching history at a grammar school and creating historical publications for the general public.
