Holocaust Denial - DVD

The film depicts the legal battle between acclaimed writer and historian Deborah E. Lipstadt (Rachel Weisz) and David Irving (Timothy Spall), who accused her of libel.

Lipstadt had publicly called Irving a Holocaust denier. In the English legal system, the burden of proof in a libel case falls on the defendant, so Lipstadt and her legal team, led by Richard Rampton (Tom Wilkinson), must prove that the Holocaust actually happened.
