How to end an employment relationship

The publication responds to the issue of termination of employment and presents the various pitfalls and risks. It presents a series of sample documents, advice, themes, and uncovering the pitfalls, causes, and consequences of poorly executed terminations. It targets both employers and employees and does not favour either side. Surprisingly, not many publications deal with the issue of termination of employment separately. It is often mentioned in various books on labour law, the Labour Code, etc. However, there is no separate, detailed and practical publication on termination of employment. However, there are many training courses or web links that address only part of the issue or the respondent's specific question. However, none of the available information sources addresses termination of employment conceptually and comprehensively as a whole. It is this situation to which the present book responds, presenting this process holistically in a reader-friendly and readable form.
