How to grow a flowering meadow

The flowering meadow is a native, nature-like vegetation. It offers an alternative for those who want a varied and species-diverse space to relax in nature rather than a frequently mown lawn. This unique publication is intended for all those interested in cultivating flowering meadows - landscapers, garden architects, cottage owners and also municipal councillors who want to improve parks and public spaces in a modern way. It introduces the reader to the method of establishing meadows from sowing seeds and saving an old neglected meadow. They can learn about the relationships between plants and animals in the meadow ecosystem, or how to create an original flower bed with minimal maintenance. At the end of the book, the authors present mixtures of flower and grass seeds for different habitats, which they have tested during their 20 years of experience.
