Each installment of the series gets better and better! I'm already so sorry that there are only three episodes left.

I never cease to marvel at the imagination of the author and her storytelling skills. In addition, unlike the first episodes, where it wasn't obvious yet - clearly shows, that the amount of them is far from random (they are not additions, to get the most out of the idea), but that all the pieces are ingeniously connected, leading up to what I hope will be a grand finale.

Cressida Cowell
(* 1966) English writer, studied English at Keble College, Oxford, and graduated from St Martin's School of Art and the University of Brighton, where she studied graphic design and illustration. She began writing at the age of nine, when she moved with her parents from London to a small island off the west coast of Scotland. The surrounding wild and rugged landscape directly encouraged the invention of stories about dragons. Yet she did not publish her first children's book on the subject until she was 33. She is the author of the Hiccup Šelmovská Štika series (Slovart), the best known of which is the first volume of How to Train Your Dragon, which also became the basis for the 2010 animated film of the same name and its two sequels How to Train Your Dragon 2 (2014) and How to Train Your Dragon 3 (2019). She followed up her success with another award-winning series of children's stories, The Magicians of the Ancient World (Slovart, 2019), which will also be published in book and audiobook form. She is the winner of the 2018 Blue Peter Book Award for her Magicians of Old series and the 2006 Nestlé Children's Book Prize for her stories of a little girl named Emily Brown.
