In harmony with nature

The book is about people who are not indifferent to the state of the planet and who have embarked on a path of personal change. They reflect that their way of life has an impact on the environment, and seek to change their lifestyle and consumption patterns. The author tries to understand their motivations and observes what obstacles they overcome on their way. It looks at this behaviour through the lens of lifestyle politics, which points to the recent rise in the number of citizens who are not interested in high politics and want to live their own lives. It is based on qualitative research (observations, interviews and document analysis) conducted in 2017-2019.
