Inn "U kamenného stolu" - DVD

The innkeeper is grieving and doesn't want to see anyone. His wife has run away with a pompous lover's role model and so there is no one to serve the visitors at the Stone Table Inn. The two feuding brothers, represented by Svatopluk Beneš and Rudolf Hrušínský, have no choice but to take care of the business themselves. Each week one of them will be the leader and the other the subordinate. Believe me, it will go downhill with the inn, but the viewer is still entertained today, because the film adaptation of Karel Poláček's famous humorous novel has not aged well.
