Insania: Grrrotesky - CD

On the album "GRRRotesky", the Brno-based INSANIA goes far into the field of overlooking and self-irony. As the tracks "Push Your Testosterone Elsewhere", "Get Embarrassed" and "Let's Go to Hell" suggest, specifically strong lyricism plays an important role again. Based on a strong metal rhythm with a distinct electro-synth track, it continues to layer sarcasm and irony. The concept of the recording plays with the grotesqueness of historical events. The visuals are conceived as a gangster version of 1920s slapstick, and the album title is a combination of two emotions: amusement vs. rage (comic grrr).

The aristocracy of the new outcasts, or INSANIA, is once again firing up the razor wires of its instruments. Founded in 987, the Brno crossover cult has been making wrinkles for the pansies and pleasing music fans as well as fans of critical thinking not only in music for more than three decades. Led by the charismatic frontman Poly (guitar, vocals), INSANIA is known for its Hegelian fusion of hard music genres and especially the specific poetics of contemporary heretics.
