Jethro Tull: Aqualung - LP

On the occasion of Jethro Tull' s fiftieth birthday, Rhino Deluxe Vinyl releases the band' s most commercially successful album. The album was originally released in March 1971 and has sold over seven million copies worldwide.

The famous British rock band, whose central character is the singer, guitarist and flute player Ian Anderson, was founded in 1967. Jethro Tull was originally dedicated to experimental blues rock, later their music absorbed elements of classical music, folk, jazz and hard rock. With the Stand Up record, they reached the top of the British charts in 1969, but the undue glory was ensured by the 1971 Aqualung record.
