Jiří Frejka: Outěchovice

The book by theatre director Jiří Frejka Outěchovice is a story about the family of the hereditary free hunters Frejka from Útěchovice pod Stražištěm. In it, Jiří Frejka builds on the memories of his father Josef, thus managing to cover almost two hundred years of the history of the Outěchovice hunting lodge. Although the author's memoirs form the bulk of the book, the life of the people around the forest in all seasons is captured here in such a time span, and the peculiar songs, habits and customs are not omitted. Prepared by Dagmar Hubená. Directed by Josef Melč. Performers: Luděk Munzar and Josef Patočka.
