Kanchenchonga: Dudes in the Himalayas - DVD

A documentary about an expedition around Kangchenjunga. The route leads from the airport in Taplejung upstream along the Tamur River and Ghunsa Khola to Pangpema, the northern base camp of Kangchenjunga. From there, it heads back to Ghunsa and eastwards over five high passes to the southern base camp. From Tseram, the path follows the Simbuwa Khola and Kabeli Khola to Suketar. The film not only captures the beautiful scenery of the world's third highest mountain but also the hardships and mental state of the expedition members.
