Karosa Š 11 - the legendary bus

The new elaboration of the history of the iconic Karosa Š 11 bus, which was produced between 1965 and 1982, contains not only further information on the technical and operational aspects, but above all the memories of the former Karosa Vysoké Mýto company, who stood at the birth and testing of this timeless bus series in terms of design.

The interpretation is supplemented by never before published black and white and colour photographs of the buses themselves in standard design, as well as the articulated version and the Škoda T 11 trolleybus, which were based on this design group. For the first time, there are also tabulated overviews of the most important type groups and their characteristics, as well as a detailed overview of the surviving historical vehicles of the Š 11 series in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The book is intended not only for bus technology enthusiasts, but also for more advanced enthusiasts or experts in the field of public transport.
