Krall Diana: Turn Up The Quiet (2017) (2xLP) - LP
Multiple Grammy Award winner, Canadian jazz pianist and singer Diana Krall released her new album Turn Up The Quiet on 5 May 2017.
She supports the release with a world tour, kicking off in North America on 2 June 2017 at The State Theater in Minneapolis.
Often referred to as the female Sinatra, Diana Krall's new album celebrates her return to jazz and the Great American Songbook, reuniting Diana with producer Tommy LiPuma.
It will be interesting to see if it follows the success of her previous recordings, with eight of her albums debuting at the top of the Billboard Jazz Albums chart. Her records have so far earned a total of five Grammy Awards, eight Juno Awards, as well as nine gold, three platinum and seven multi-platinum albums.
