Květy: Comedian till half past seven - LP

This new album from Květy, the Brno-based stars of the alternative music scene, features twelve new songs and is being released on both CD and LP.

Thanks to significant changes in their instrumental line-up, the band's expressive style has once again moved into higher spheres. Bassist Ondřej Čech and violinist Albert Novák have left the band, replaced by multi-instrumentalist Ondřej Kyas, who is also the founder and resident composer of Ensemble Opera Diversa. This has shifted the band's sound from acoustic towards a more electronic one.

Apart from their first self-released demo album, nearly all of their albums have been nominated for an Anděl Award. They won the award in 2006, 2009, and 2015. Their albums are highly praised in reviews and various radio polls, particularly for their strong poetic lyrics, colourful arrangements, and brilliant album cover art. Guitarist and singer Martin Kyšperský has also become an actor, starring in the series 'Trpaslík', and the band has performed live in many European countries over the years.
