Ladislav Staidl: Mží do do vlasy (2x CD) - CD

Fifty songs map almost five decades of the musical career of composer, musician, bandleader, singer and lyricist Ladislav Štaidl.

Although the album is named after the big hit he sang, the overwhelming part is a very successful work for others. Only five times you will find Štaidl in the role of lead vocalist, in other cases the microphone belonged to his famous colleagues.

Logically, most recordings came from his orchestra: Karel Gott, Jitka Zelenková or Darina Rolincová, but also instrumentalists Felix Slováček or Rudolf Rokl are the most prominent. Waldemar Matuška also belonged to Štaidl' s melodies in the stream of time, Yvonne Přenosilová, Marta Kubišová, Karel Hála, Jiří Korn, Iveta Bartošová, Petr Kotvald or Hana Zagorová.
The journey led from the traffic light big beat through the Apollo theater to the top of our pop mainstream - and each stage is adorned with a number of well-known songs.
