Laufer, Josef: Pop Gallery

Under the possible informal subtitle “Pleasant music for a nice price“, the company Supraphon Music is launching the Pop Galerie series!

For a helpful CZK 159, listeners will receive a newly conceived compilation of original recordings of the greatest hits and the most important songs of singers, whose trace in the history of our popular music is unquestionable.

Most often according to the choice of the artists themselves, always around twenty songs,

the repertoire is often tightened up to the present, sometimes published during the anniversary of life, but always with improved sound and uniform graphics, thus this gallery of sound portraits is created.

The first five names of June are made up of Miluška Voborníková, Karel Hála, Josef Laufer, Pavel Sedláček and the Václav Kučera Group. Stylistically certainly different, but they will undoubtedly connect the place in our pleasant memories.

The new series should continue with other titles in the autumn: There are really a number of singers to dignified reminders of their original images with the scent of the time!

Josef Laufer

Singer, actor, dancer, just a complete entertainer, on a new selection of his songs, which have safely withstood the test of time!

You will meet him not only at concerts, but also in major musical performances or in the Kameňák film series. Always southern elegant, most often with a good cigar. Musically, he grew up on rock ´n ´roll, but over the course of four decades of a remarkable career, he was able to unite all the gradual stylistic challenges into the final Josef Laufer. Tastefully manly and trustworthy, he handled pop, ballads, dance choruses, Gaelic and Latin aromas, musical big gestures, but also with melodic elements on the border of the country.

Maria, 16 tons, La Bamba, Lola, Ghetto, Artiste, Summer with Josefina, Welcome, Honza Majer or Goodbye Love, I' m moving on a total of 22 songs illustrating the diversity of starting points and the attractiveness of the results. A complete music profile of a completely talented showman!
