Le Mans '66 - Blu-ray

In 1959, Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon) is at the absolute top of his game, having won the world's most difficult motor race, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. But after this intrepid Texan's greatest triumph comes a crushing blow – a heart condition diagnosed by his doctors makes it impossible for him to continue racing.
Shelby starts a new career as a highly inventive car designer. He works with a team that includes the outstanding test driver and British champion Ken Miles (Christian Bale). Miles is not only a top-tier racer devoted to his family, but he's also unbearably arrogant and completely incapable of compromise.

It is this team of automotive fanatics that Henry Ford II hires to design and build the ultimate racing car for his company. Ford has decided to get his revenge on Enzo Ferrari for ultimately rejecting a planned merger of his company with the Ford Motor Company.
Ferrari's cars have been winning at Le Mans continuously from 1960 to 1965. Shelby, Miles, and their small team are determined to put a decisive end to that with the Ford GT40. They are up against the unbeatable Ferrari, the laws of physics, and their own personal demons.
