Legends and lattes

When you spend your whole life with a bunch of adventurers who dare even the most fearsome monster, you don't have much time to yourself. It's more like you're covering the backs of others, sharpening your sword, washing away the bloodstains and ichor. So it's not surprising that when Viv the Orca smells coffee for the first time in her life, she longs for something... different and less rushed. He decides to hang up his dreaded sword, Blackbeard, and start anew. After one last fling together, he gives his old partners the boot and sets off in pursuit of his dream. Open a cafe. But getting the right team together and tweaking the menu to perfection is sometimes as much of an adventure as saving princesses from a dragon or the world from a sorcerer! Quotes / exclamations from the book cover: "This story is sweet, beautiful, but most of all heartwarming. I recommend it with all ten!" - Seanan McGuire. Newly opened! The best coffee in town and much more! You can see the legendary Blackadder sword on the nail above the entrance, but just as legendary will soon be our cinnamon rolls with divine icing or the midnight marigold with a sinfully sweet heart! You will be taken care of by our great team consisting of orca owner Viv, friendly succubus Tandri and genius rat baker Knoflik! Coffee! Refreshments! Live music! Oh, and there's also some trouble with an egotistical elf wizard and the mafia. Nothing a hot cup of coffee in the morning in your personal mug can't solve... "Now that's what I call a feel-good read!" - Genevieve Gornichec, author of the novel The Heart of a Witch. A sublime fantasy with a tightly woven plot! Travis is a renaissance man, which doesn't just mean he can have a latte and a filter at his favorite coffee shop. First of all, it is one of the most appreciated audiobook loaders. His voice has already breathed life into hundreds of stories! And before that, he was a video game designer. So if famous titles like Torchlight, Rebel Galaxy or Fate mean anything to you, you're old friends. And now he writes his own stories. Warm and invigorating in the same way as coffee made with love.
