Lies in Flames

Eighteen-year-old Hannah – the daughter of the local sheriff, whose dream is to become an FBI agent – is enjoying her last summer with friends before leaving for university. The group of five heads to a lake near their hometown, where they accidentally start a fire that begins to spread uncontrollably across the landscape towards their home. Because even unintentionally starting a fire is a criminal offence, the group decides to keep it a secret. However, the devastating fire proves difficult to extinguish, and as the flames head towards Yosemite National Park, panic spreads among the five. A nerve-wracking struggle begins to keep the secret, both from the federal police and amongst the group themselves. Because if there's one thing people can't stand, it's liars. For fans of Karen M.
