Little Big Man - DVD

Dustin Hoffman as a non-heroic hero in a famous American western.

Jack Crabb is in his early twenties when he begins to tell the story of his life to a reporter.

He recounts his unusual adventures in life, beginning with his adoption and childhood among the Cheyenne, through numerous marriages, to his friendship with Wild Bill Hickok:
As a young boy, he was raised by the Cheyenne tribe after being ambushed by a group of western settlers. He then went back among the whites and became a gunsmith and merchant. He later married an Indian woman. When the tribe he lived among was massacred, he was hired as a tracker for the army led by the Indians' arch enemy, General George Armstrong Custer.

A ripping story that encompasses great comedy and drama. The Little Big Man features Dustin Hoffman in a virtuoso performance.
