Macroscope

A macroscope is an instrument that can focus on anything conceivable that the world has to offer. In its eyepiece, nothing appears subordinate; it always provides an opportunity to discover the poetry within things. And if we zoom out, we reveal the broader connections between them, they fit together like a puzzle to form a greater whole. The second invaluable function of the macroscope is to turn its gaze in the opposite direction, into the poet’s inner world. The poet is not an independent observer. A poem reflects their experience, connecting their personal world with the one around them.
