MALÉHRY & Čankišou: How to Monsters - CD

These fairy tales, whose main characters are a devil, a water sprite, a witch, wood nymphs, or a ghost, are all about how there is something good in each of us. Even in a devil. It's up to us how we manage to awaken that good in each other! And so a devil can give children a ride to school on his tail, or a witch can heal the whole village with magic potions.

And because fairy tales, especially cheerful ones, need songs, MALÉhRY has teamed up with their favourite band, Čankišou. Under the patronage of the Brno-based music publisher Indies, which has taken on the CD release, the actresses have narrated several fairy tales, which Čankišou has complemented with its original songs and sound effects.

The fairy tales are intended for children from 4 to 7 years old, have a comedic tone, and reflect the problems of today's children, such as competitiveness or the reluctance to accept someone who is different. Being different doesn't necessarily mean being bad. Maybe all those devils, water sprites, witches, or ghosts can do wonderful things if someone is able to love them!
