The first part of the detective series with Mikuláš Syrový offers a thrilling story with a criminal plot, which takes place in the span of a few days in the backdrop of a chilly autumn Prague. It is here that the fates of four people intersect in a tragic way: former policeman Mikuláš, his colleague Vali, the missing owner of a lottery company and an unknown hooded man whose role is crucial for the lives of the others.
