Marley Bob & The Wailers: Legend (Remastered 2002) - CD

Bob Marley, full name Robert Nesta Marley (6. February 1945 Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica - May 11, 1981 Miami, Florida, USA) was a Jamaican singer, composer and guitarist, co-founder and important representative of reggae.

The Wailers was a Jamaican reggae band previously performing with Bob Marley between 1963-1981. Bob Marley was later picked up by the producer as the most important member of The Wailers, so the line-up was renamed “Bob Marley & The Wailers “, that caused the departure of Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer in 1974.
Bob Marley & The Wailers then played until 1981, when Bob died. The group was then led by Junior Marvin and Aston Barrett. Bunny Wailer is also currently working with Bob Sinclair on his song Love Generation. Wailers still play today.
