MCH Trio: The World is Falling Apart (Chadima Mikolas) - CD

MCH BAND's "left-hand man", MIKOLAS CHADIMA TRIO, has just released a CD in 2022.

The dark and gloomy vision of the present is reflected in Wernisch's texts, and in music, who's rough and unkempt, a significant part of it is improvisation, backed by loops and a sampler, but the mastery of the skilled musicians gives the recording a compact, a unified whole. MCH TRIO recorded in the Jámor studio as a quartet consisting of Mikoláš Chadima, Jan Jirucha, Jiří Janďourek and Jan Chaklus, with the guitar of Jiří Křivka and the production of Ondřej Ježek playing an important role in the final mixing.
A bonus is the immortal Papírové aPsolutno, a hit of the DG 307 ensemble (Milan Hlavsa/ Pavel Zajicek). Also worth mentioning is the remarkable cover made of apocalyptic paintings by Marcel Bárta.
