Milan Jariš: Democrats

In his first radio play, Democrats, Milan Jariš continues a tradition that began with Stroupežnický's municipal council meetings in Honice in Our Furiants and ends today with Havelka's Owners. A meeting or gathering where official necessity brings together people with a common history but different interests remains a rewarding dramatic situation. "What happens when the local radio announces at night that all the true Democrats should gather?
