Milan Uhde: The Collector

The original radio play was recorded in 1966 by director Jiří Horčička from a script by Milan Uhde. A monologic absurdist drama that is a scathing satire on the rape of personal freedom and abuse of power. The only character in the game, figure, which is a concentration of recklessness, lies, obscenities, demagoguery, meanness and violence, is portrayed brilliantly by Rudolf Hrušínský.
