My Lord the cat sets off for an everyday adventure on his wanderings through his beloved neighbourhood. On his expeditions for the most delicious treats, he meets a colourful array of local residents. They open not only their doors to him but also their hearts. From a former acrobat who cruises the streets on a senior tricycle and spends his days watching reality TV, to an eccentric lady who wears a guinea pig on her head and recognises My Lord as her dead cat, Moggie. But he is also indispensable at home. When his flatmates, the Boss and the Milk Moustache, suffer a great loss, their cat is exactly the one to provide them with the comfort they need. My Lord shares his observations with lightness and humour, but at the same time reveals the deeper meaning of his seemingly mundane encounters.

My Lord is a heart-warming novel about friendship, adventure, belonging, and compassion.
