Mom - DVD

For a group of high school students from a small American town, the key to a successful weekend is convincing any adult to buy them alcohol. The lonely Sue Ann (Octavia Spencer) is a godsend in this regard. Not only does she buy the teenagers a crate of alcohol without batting an eyelid, but she also offers them the basement of her remote house to drink it in and have a bit of fun.
"Ma" Sue Ann has just a few small conditions. At least one person must stay sober to drive everyone else home safely. There's no swearing in her house, and no one is allowed to go upstairs into the living area – all perfectly reasonable rules.
And so, the local kids start hanging out at Ma's more and more often, but the party vibe slowly begins to take a darker turn. The hostess's exceptional hospitality gradually becomes a strange kind of obsession, and it becomes clear that one day, she'll want something in return.
What starts as every teenager's dream soon turns into a nightmare, and the best place in town becomes the worst place on Earth. She did tell you, kids. You weren't supposed to go upstairs.
