The Moody Blues is an English rock band, famous mainly for the hit Nights In White Satin .

Ten gold albums (including three platinum albums), which they won for records released between 1967 and 1981, also speak of their abilities.

The most prominent figure in the band is singer-songwriter and guitarist Justin Hayward, but other members of the band, especially John Lodge, Mike Pinder and Ray Thomas, also made a significant contribution to the sound of Moody Blues.
