Moped 56: Retrobox - CD

RetroBox is quite an old thing. This album was supposed to be released around 1985, but the system didn't allow it and somehow the demo tapes were exhumed last year and revived into this reality. It managed to combine all the musical feelings of the present with songs from the past. Some of the lyrics are right on target with today's times and as far as the sound is concerned, it is absolutely modern. A good job was done showing the direction of possible direction and searching for other musical possibilities.

Moped 56 plays cheeky rock, which is called punk rock in our country. It has an unmistakable signature, if only because the lyrics and music are by the band's guitarist and singer Vojta Hubinger. Currently the band is composed of: guitar, vocals - Vojta Hubinger, bass guitar, vocals - Jan Jasek and drums - Patrik Korinek. Moped has been on the music scene since 1982. Vilda Čok, who played in Moped between 1984 and 1986, also contributed to the project.
