Moravanka by Jan Slabák: Golden Collection (3x CD) - CD

Forty years in the recording studio and especially the bandmaster' s seventy, that was the great anniversary of Moravanka!

This virtuoso brass band is one of the undisputed staples of our popular music. The extensive compilation includes excerpts from the first ten albums, ie what made Moravanka synonymous with the fan-like and professionally mastered conversion of folk songs into a modern form.

Celebrate Jan Slabák, a native of Kyjov, exceptionally talented trumpet player with philharmonic and jazz experience, coincidentally, but fatally correct, he soon became the boss of the heavily performing modern brass bands. His stylization of Slovak songs immediately gained wide popularity, aroused the interest of television and started the following practically annual release of a new album.

In addition to the brilliant instrumentalists, Moravanka is, of course, also represented by excellent vocalists. Many of them have changed over the years, the most important of which is undoubtedly Z. Hovorková, D. Magálová, K. Navrátilová, I. Slabáková and M. Vyoralová or gentlemen J. Černý, J. Helán or B. Osička. They have all prepared for you three quarters of a hundred of the most beautiful songs.

Legendary Moravian brass band in the selection of the best!
