Moravec Ivan: Live in Brussels / Beethoven / Brahms / Chopin

Moravec Ivan: Live in Brussels / Beethoven / Brahms / Chopin
In 1983, the world-famous pianist Ivan Moravec performed for two evenings (4. February and 7 November) in the hall of the Royal Conservatory in Brussels, he literally showered the audience with his fascinating pianistic art. The proverbial precision of this master of the piano is combined with a refined tone and richly differentiated articulation elevated by a deep musical experience. Every note has a perfect logic in the order of the interpreted composition, whether in Beethoven's larger sonata in D major " Pastoral" or in the seemingly minor works of Brahms or Chopin. Ivan Moravec presents himself as a master of the small area, which he admirably styles and presents in a musically juicy way. The live recording breathes the immediate atmosphere of concerts, which can hardly be evoked on studio recordings. The film clearly demonstrates that the world of Beethoven, Chopin and Brahms is close to Moravec's heart.
Beethoven, Chopin and Brahms under the hands of Ivan Moravec - lessons of the highest pianistic art that you cannot miss.
