Morricone Ennio: Morricone Segreto - CD

The album MORRICONE SEGRETO explores perhaps the composer's richest creative period. This was the period between the end of the 1960s and the beginning of the 1980s, and it demonstrates Morricone's long-lasting influence on generations of musicians and film directors.

The album MORRICONE SEGRETO is a journey through mysterious voices, fuzz guitars, airy strings, ghostly synthesisers and modern grooves. The work shows that the composer was ahead of the trends and, in his own way, dictated the style.

Ennio Morricone was a world-famous, Oscar-winning Italian composer who passed away this year at the age of 91. During his extraordinary career, which spanned more than six decades, he created over 600 original compositions.
Beyond his immensely famous film scores for Once Upon a Time in the West, Once Upon a Time in America, The Untouchables, The Mission, Cinema Paradiso, The Hateful Eight, and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, there is a hidden, eccentric side to his genius, which is deeply appreciated by fans, artists, and connoisseurs alike.
