Motörhead: Ace Of Spades - LP

Motörhead is a British heavy metal band founded in 1975 by bassist Lemmy. Its name is derived from the slang term for amphetamine users.

Their crushing, loud and fast style of heavy metal was said to be one of the most pioneering in the late 1970s, suggesting that their blending of punk rock speed and attitudes with traditional heavy metal created speed metal and thrash metal (Lemmy' s work was influenced by punk rock bands from the USA: MC5, Ramones and The Stooges).

Whether they created these styles is the subject of debate, but they undoubtedly had a great influence.
