Mrkvicka Ladislav, Kolarova Daniela: Little Prince (MP3-CD)

The subject of Exupéry's short yet profound text is the encounter with the mysterious figure of a little prince who suddenly appears to an aviator who has crashed in the middle of the desert. The noble "child", who at first asks the aviator-narrator childish questions that distract him from serious matters, soon turns into his guide through the landscape of emotion and compassion, responsibility and love.

Exupéry's novel captures in lucid language the effort to return to what is most essential in our lives. There aren't many stories you can hear more than once and find something new in them each time. But the Little Prince, played by Ladislav Mrkvička and Daniela Kolářová, is definitely one of them.
