Muk Petr: Slunce / To nejlepší (2007) - CD

After almost twenty years of professional musicianship, and exactly ten seasons of his solo career, singer Petr Muk has released the first compilation of his greatest hits!

A total of 18 songs mainly illustrate the period after 1997. The starting point was four solo albums and one mini-album, small overlaps with the Shalom project' s repertoire, variant recordings and remixes of hits. The selection opens with a fragile title song and concludes with a truly extraordinary collaboration with legendary rockers Petr Janda and Radim Hladík in the symbolic title Window in the Sky.

In the meantime, you will find all of Muka' s major hits in album and radio versions, of course, there are also the absolute evergreens Zrcadlo, Bon soir mademoiselle Paris or the long completely inaccessible Shadow of Cathedrals. The three new recordings also include the September single Dreams Will Remain, an elegant hit on an unmistakably mukovsky electronic melodic wave, as well as a fresh guitar version of Petrov' s very first success, the iconic ocean Rachel.

In the 16-page booklet you will find interesting photos and all recordings commented on in the “track by track“ system.
