My aunt, your aunt

The eagerly awaited final installment of Kamil Pestak's spy thriller is now arriving. When the first part of the audio version of the forthcoming tetralogy WHEN THE CIRCLE CLOSED was released in 2020, it aroused a huge response from listeners. The mysterious story, set in the Dolomites and western Bohemia, reflects the total freedom of the 1990s, which brought with it many unknown dangers. Drug smuggling through a famous band was just one of them. The following episodes AND OVER IT ALL IS THE SUN (2021) and WHAT GOES INTO YOU (2023) followed the further fate of the main character Prófa and, thanks to dramatic references and flashbacks, shifted the plot now to the period of both world wars, now to the hell of communist normalisation. This is where much of the action of the final part takes place. Prokop Falk alias Prófa gives up his plans to emigrate and stays in Czechoslovakia with his pregnant girlfriend. In the meantime, the Iron Curtain will close permanently and impermeably. Only a chance encounter with a mysterious woman triggers an avalanche of events that leads Prokop back into a web of intelligence games and intrigue
