My Life After Life: 3 CDs

On 8 December 2012, the aorta of Michal Vieweg, one of the most widely read Czech writers, unexpectedly burst. After successful attempts to revive him, the completely disoriented Michal slowly began to learn to speak and perceive the world again. The collapse of his short-term memory was such that people in the writer's immediate circle feared irreversible damage to his intellectual abilities.

Yet, four months after the operation, he starts writing again, drawing, as he usually does in previous works, on his own experiences. Writing is part of the therapy, we watch the writer return to life in a very painful way. The absolute authenticity of his experiences is astonishing. Viewegh reveals all his feelings and his message is infectiously healing. He helps not only himself, but also the reader. In our case, the listener, to whom Michal's text is communicated by Saša Rashilov, a performer already proven on Viewegh's Fairy Tales for Tired Parents.
